Evolution Addiction Counselling provides virtual and face to face addiction counselling at times convenient for you.

• SAP/SAE Services 
  • Substance Abuse Professionals and/or Substance Abuse Experts accept referrals from private companies or occupational safety testing services to conduct substance abuse assessments with employees to determine if they have a substance abuse problem. If the employee is found to have a problem, the SAP/SAE then makes relevant recommendations with respect to appropriate education, counselling and treatment.
• Court Reports
  • When appropriate, and usually at the request of legal counsel, I provide substance use assessment results, treatment plans and treatment progress summaries for court proceedings. I have successfully supported people in criminal and family court matters.
• Substance Abuse Assessments
  • Identify substance(s) used, amount and frequency of use
  • Degree of impact substance use has had on all life areas
  • Determine readiness for change

  • Regular progress checks on achieving treatment goals
  • Working toward achieving, adding to, or revising treatment goals

  • In order to achieve anything, including abstinence, it is best to have a plan
  • Based on assessment, determine and prioritize treatment goals
  • Goals involve developing recovery skills and overall bio/psycho/social improvement and well being
• Addiction Treatment Aftercare Support
  • Counselling services for post residential treatment aftercare support
  • Ongoing follow up on previously established treatment goals
• Relapse Prevention
  • As a preventative measure to develop strategies and avoid lapses into addiction
  • Counselling support during difficult times to help ensure continued abstinence
